SNEHA Academy is a hybrid learning centre where you can access certification courses, learning resources and build your knowledge and skills.
Launched in 2022, GARiMA is an online portal designed for counsellors supporting the mental health of survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. The portal offers essential information, including tips, guidelines, screening tools, and counselling session scripts, currently available in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
In 2023, the SNEHA Knowledge Centre successfully conducted its first batch of training on "Supporting the Mental Health of Domestic Violence Survivors" through a Google Meet and Classroom-based 8-week online course was provided to 40 representatives from 23 community organisations, focusing on building basic skills and knowledge while utilising the GARiMA Package of care.

In 2024, SNEHA piloted a 4-session course on community mobilisation for implementation teams on the field. This course explores the basics of community mobilisation, strategies for engaging community members, and addressing challenges in the field. Key topics include community dynamics, gender roles, building trust, and handling sensitive issues like mental health and violence.
